This application is awesome. Even if they want to limit the free version more. But there is no support for this application. It is about 4 days that the web application does not save highlights and sticky notes on PDFs. The mobile version works perfectly, even when I go to the web app the changes are synced, but the error on the web page exists. This is a service that I think people will rely on it. It should have a better support. *** I should mention that my issue is resolved today and the web app works perfectly. Thank you very much Diigo team.

I've been using Diigo continually since 2007. During this time, so many apps have appeared and disappeared, while Diigo remains available as one of the more impressive suites to help online web research. The web is a better place because of it.

Theres a sign in request bug. The extension requires me to sign in to my diigo account, but still doesnt work for some reason when I do and it won't let me use the features. Only when I reinstall the extension does it work again. Even after that, the sign in request bug still occurs quite often when you close or reload sites.

Most of the time, this is a great extension. However, it inappropriately pops up in videos and other places, blocking important information. On one site, it puts its little logo exactly where I need to click to close a file and return to where I was, but instead I have to completely close the site and start over. Every time. EXTREMELY ANNOYING.

All PDFs prior to August are "MISSING", no response from the company or its developers, despite premium subscription. Would not recommend.

I love this extension. I've been using it since I think 2013. Some people commplain for the lack of updates. Some would have complain if there would be updates. I simply enjoy diigo for what it is. I use it daily for years and don't have plans to stop. Thank you for creating diigo!
